New Web-Based Referee Match Report Available
As a service to our officials and the Game, we have developed a web-based Referee Match Report. Using this new tool, referees can submit Match Reports concerning significant incidents that occur during their matches without picking up a pen or sending an email. Simply fill out the details of the Match using your keyboard and mouse, and hit the “SUBMIT” button. You will instantly get a copy of the data that is being sent to us which you can print out for your records, if needed.
Officials can find this new form easily by clicking here. Remember to use your mouse or the “TAB” key on your keyboard to move to various entry points on the new Match Report. If you mistakenly hit the “ENTER” key in the middle of entering your report, you can simply click on your browser’s “BACK” button to resume where you left off.
All South Carolina Referees should remember that your job isn’t over when you leave the field. You must report all Red Cards, Serious Injuries, and Major Incidents within 48 hours of the match for all South Carolina Youth Soccer Association (SCYSA) and South Carolina Adult Soccer Association (SCASA) matches. This includes all League Matches, all Tournament Matches, all Friendly Matches, and all Cup Matches. Failure to file Match Reports when required could subject Referees to Administrative penalties, fines, or suspensions.
All South Carolina Referees are strongly encouraged to use this new web-based Match Report tool. However, our older Match Report forms are still available for you to download and email or fax to us. If you use these older Match Reports, please be sure to write legibly. However you wish to report your matches will be okay, as long as you do the report.
Please contact me if you have any questions concerning Match Reports.
